Seaholm EcoDistrict

The iconic Seaholm Power Plant lends its name to the Seaholm EcoDistrict and symbolizes the revitalization of this prominent area in the heart of Austin, Texas. Restoration of the power plant created a ripple effect of sustainable development surrounding the site and today the Seaholm EcoDistrict is becoming a vibrant hub that reflects Austin’s originality and soul. I created a unifying brand for the district that can be used for retail, residential, and public spaces as well as co-branding purposes.

A logo system—rather than one, single logo design—adds flexibility while maintaining a strong brand voice. The one-color version of Seaholm's logo is abstract but still reads as the same shape.
